Unipor companies report positive business development

The Unipor Brick Group is also profiting from the general uptrend in the German building materials industry. The group of 16 independently operating Unipor member companies has reported a slight increase in sales and turnover for 2010.

Sales of masonry blocks was up 2.4% on 2009, reaching 684 mill. standard size units. In the same period the consolidated turnover increased to € 88,9 mill. (+ 1.3%). In the core sector of masonry blocks, turnover rose to € 69.8 mill., up 0.9% on 2009.
