Automatization instead of faulty manual adjustment

New product overview on the subject of “format adjustment”

Format adjustments are frequently still carried out by hand. A huge potential for rationalization is slumbering here. The new product overview “format adjustment” from Baumer provides all important information on actuating drives and positioning drives as well as spindle positioning systems. The spectrum ranges from the simple display of the spindle position, through adjustment aids similar to a battery-driven screwdriver, up to complete positioning drives. One can combine different system components with each other without any problem, even within one machine. The actuating and positioning drives are also available in numerous variations, so that a tailor-made solution can be found for a vast range of task definitions. Besides absolute position recording, the actuating and positioning drives offer interfaces for all popular fieldbus concepts such as CANopen or Profibus. A feature common to all the products introduced is that they were developed in close contact with the user.
