Two Shows – One Ticket: ceramitec 2015 and Materialica 2015
ceramitec will take place on the exhibition grounds of Messe München from 20 to 23 October 2015. Virtually at the same time, Materialica will present the central themes in the fields of materials, surfaces and technologies for solutions in the mobility and energy core sectors. Here, participants are for the first time given the opportunity to attend two trade shows with complementary themes with one ticket. At ceramitec, visitors can find an extraordinarily wide range of products with an emphasis on the global market, enabling trade visitors to gain a comprehensive insight into the state-of-the-art of the ceramics technologies – and on a worldwide basis. There is no better opportunity to create synergies – especially in the area of technical ceramics.
In addition, the Supporting Programme of ceramitec 2015 will once again be the platform for transferring knowledge and expertise for scientists and developers as well as for highly qualified professionals. On the “Day of Technical Ceramics” visitors will have the opportunity to gather information on aspects of Industry 4.0 in the ceramics sector and on the major materials groups in the field of technical ceramics. In lectures on additive manufacturing in ceramics and on innovations involving ceramics components in mechanical engineering, well-known experts will provide insights into the industry’s future.
ceramitec 2015 will take place in the western part of Messe München and occupy the halls A1, A2, B1 and B2. Raw materials and additives, powder, production materials and ancillaries will be on display in Hall A1. Hall A2 will accommodate re fractory materials, kiln furniture, kilns and equipment as well as research. In Hall B1 visitors will find machinery, equipment and devices for fine and refractory
ceramics, technical ceramics and powder metallurgy and in Hall B2 machinery, equipment and devices for heavy clay ceramics.
Materialica 2015 will present itself in Hall A6 and can be reached via the East Entrance.
The close intermeshing with the trade shows eCarTec Munich 2015 – International Key Trade Show for Electric & Hybrid Mobility –, which will be held simultaneously, and sMove360° results in a combination that is unique in the German trade show landscape and covers the complete spectrum of modern mobility, ranging from the selection of innovative light constructional components up to the development of sustainable mobility concepts. A comprehensive congress program as well as the presentation of the 13th Materialica Design + Technology Award 2015 will round off the extensive program of the Materialica 2015 trade show.
