A warm welcome to the TBE Congress 2019 in Copenhagen
The TBE Congress is the pre-eminent event for the European tiles and brick industry, attracting over 100 industry executives and representatives from across Europe. From standardization and product performance to climate action and sustainable construction, the TBE Congress affords attendees a comprehensive outlook on the salient issues facing our industry today.
Following policy meetings and technical working groups on the Thursday with a dinner cruise of the canals to close the day, Friday will feature a unique industry conference: “Closing the Loop: Circular economy challenges in the brick and roof tiles industry”. An interesting and diverse line-up of speakers will give their analyses on policy and industry questions with a roundtable discussion to follow thereafter. The days’ events will conclude with a tour of the fascinating Carlsberg Byen district of the city, a marvel of brick architecture.
TBE represents national industry associations and companies from 22 EU Member States in addition to Norway, Russia, and Switzerland. TBE advocates at the European level in the interest of the European clay brick and roof tiles industry.
