Evolution series of dies

The conical dies in the Evolution series are equipped with single or double outer brakes, each of which can be individually removed without the die having to be completely dismantled. The core-holder, made from wear-resistant steel, can also be removed completely from the die and either machined or replaced without changing the position of the brakes. The under frame plate equipped with removable parts can be replaced independent of the complete structure, allowing fast installation of spare parts. One advantage is that the plate does not have to be disassembled completely for chrome plating, etc. Those components in contact with the clay body are coated and removable. All this minimizes maintenance time. Thanks to the design of the die and the mechanical devices, the replacement parts can be fitted quickly and simply. The lubrication system ensures trouble-free operation of the brakes and prevents them blocking. The length of the clay can be individually adjusted.
