Creaton takes over operations at Pfleiderer Dachziegel GmbH

After taking over the entire sales and marketing division at Pfleiderer Dachziegel GmbH as of January 1, 2007, Creaton AG has now also assumed control of production operations at Pfleiderer‘s Höngeda plant effective December 31, 2010, and intends to keep the
business up and running.

Both parties are keeping silent about the purchase price.
