Conditions for participation in the free lottery

1 Eligibility for participation is restricted exclusively to employees of heavy clay producers, and the minimum age for participation is 18 years.

2 Participation takes place online at the homepage of Ziegelindustrie International / Brick and Tile Industry International (www.zi-online.info). To participate in the free lottery, you must state the name of the supplier who, in your opinion, has the best service, along with the other queried information (e.g., name, address) prior to the entry period deadline.

3 The deadline for entry and participation in the free lottery is 31 October 2019.

4 Only those participants who have truthfully nominated a supplier and entered the queried information (e.g., name, address) will take part in the drawing.

5 The drawing is to be held during the Würzburg Brick and Tile Training Course 2019. The winner will be announced and duly informed by telephone, email or in writing, as known.

6 An attractive prize will be awarded to the winner. The winner will be decided by lots drawn among all submissions and guaranteed to follow the principle of chance. The prize is non-transferrable. The prize will be handed over to the winner either in person if present or, if absent, sent by post / email to the stated street / email address. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the address provided. The prize does not include recompense for any (additional or consequential) expenses incurred in connection therewith. Bauverlag BV GmbH shall accept no liability for any damage incurred to a participant through the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

7 Cash payment or conversion of the prize is excluded. Legal process is expressly excluded. The name of the winner will be announced without guarantee.

8 Bauverlag BV GmbH retains the right to publicly announce the name of the winner. By participating in the free lottery, each participant agrees to the publication of his/her name if he/she should win the prize.

9 All persons attending the award of the prize hereby consent to the publication of any photos or films made by Bauverlag BV GmbH, either in Zi Ziegelindustrie International / Brick and Tile Industry International, at www.bauverlag.de or www.zi-online.info or by cooperation partners.

10 Bauverlag BV GmbH retains the right to exclude parties from participation in the free lottery. This applies in particular to violation of the conditions of participation and to any case in which one or more participants should attempt to manipulate the drawing or otherwise take recourse to dishonest devices.

11 The collection and storage of personal data serves exclusively for implementing the award. No personal data will be communicated to third parties. For statistical purposes, we will conduct an anonymized link-tracking process.

12 Bauverlag BV GmbH retains the right to interrupt or terminate the free lottery at any time without prior notice and without a statement of reasons. This applies in particular if, for technical or legal reasons, its proper implementation cannot be guaranteed. In no such case would the participants be entitled to assert any claims against Bauverlag BV GmbH.

13 The outcome shall admit to no legal recourse.
