General Meeting of the Swiss Brick and Stone Industry Managers‘ Association in Weimar

This year‘s (27 - 29 September) General Assembly of the Swiss Brick and Tile Industry Association (SBZS) took place in Weimar, the city of Goethe, Schiller and Bauhaus.

At the start in Weimar in bright sunshine, the Materials Research and Testing Institute (MFPA Weimar) organised a proper reception with Thuringian bratwurst.

Alexander Freyburg and his team guided the participants through the individual departments of the MFPA. The fields of activity in quality control, product testing and research were presented in an interesting and practical way.

At the following General Assembly, elections were held for the Board of Directors and the auditors. Both the Board of Directors and the auditors were confirmed in their offices for a further three years.
