Händle takes over the entire product and service portfolio of ZSM Maschinen & Metallbau GmbH
Händle GmbH Maschinen und Anlagenbau, based in Mühlacker, will take over the business of ZSM Maschinen & Metallbau GmbH on 1 August 2023. ZSM in Brunnenthal, Upper Austria, is closing its doors and handing over all know-how as well as all drawings and documents to Händle. This also includes the relevant jigs for shed production as well as the takeover of certain ZSM spare parts.
„We are pleased about the constructive and cooperative business handover and are happy to continue supplying machines, spare parts and services to ZSM customers,“ explains Thomas Bauer, Managing Director of Händle GmbH. „With worldwide service readiness and personal customer care, the rapid delivery of spare and wear parts, remote service, preventive maintenance and overhaul of used machines, we want to gain the trust of ZSM customers and support them in ensuring their successful production.“ This Händle service portfolio is complemented by a service helpline that provides direct contact with the service team around the clock.
Supply is guaranteed
Händle is a medium-sized company that has developed highly successfully and with an eye to the future in its more than 150-year history. As an independent part of a globally active group of companies, Händle supplies machines and systems for various building materials industries in over 100 countries worldwide. With new technologies, Händle also supports its customers in reducing their CO2 footprint.
„With Händle, we can present a successor who fully shares our high quality standards. We were also particularly concerned to ensure the future stocking of spare parts and the production of a wide range of machines and components so that there would be no supply bottleneck for our customers,“ says Siegfried Zachbauer, shareholder of ZSM, explaining the reasons for the handover to Händle. For 21 years, ZSM manufactured processing machines for the brick and ceramic industry as well as for gravel and sand works.
