Our customers produce high-quality paving and facade solutions using advanced, fully automated technology. An essential part of this process is the drying of bricks. After pressing, the bricks are placed in drying chambers, where the moisture content of the moulded bricks is significantly reduced. This efficient and sustainable process can utilize residual heat from kilns. Our drying boards are specially designed to withstand the challenging conditions of these drying processes, including chemical influences, high temperatures, moisture, and heavy loads.

Latest Innovation
Our latest innovation is the Airplus drying board with an optimized reinforcement profile. In collaboration with TCKI, we have developed a board with a modified perforation surface and improved ventilation under the brick. This drying board features a perforation pattern across the entire surface, as well as slots at the bottom and in the folded edge. These slots are designed to further enhance airflow under the board. The goal of this board is to optimize product drying and reduce drying time through maximum perforation area and improved airflow.
