Keller Division presents itself at ceramitec
At Keller Division’s ceramitec stand, visitors can experience a live demonstration of Morando’s new Genius fine roller mill and the advanced Keller HCW cutter generation. The highlight for the trade visitors will be the presentation of the “Enviro Kiln“ – the innovative new kiln concept that offers high energy saving potential. Keller’s experts will provide visitors with information on the operating principle of the new countertravel kiln and sound results. The automation department will show control concepts for “Industry 4.0“ – horizontal and vertical integration between men, machines and objects and will present information and telecommunication systems. Another focus will be the Keller HCW energy management system.
The service point will be the first contact for all issues related to maintenance, international service concepts and training courses. At the Keller lab info point, visitors can learn about the activities of Keller’s ceramic laboratory from clay pit exploration to measurements of environmental data in a brick plant. Moreover, the MSR business unit will present control systems for mixing and dosing plants, as well as the modernization of control and automation plants for the bulk materials sector. Information will also be given about developments for the production of common bricks filled with different insulating materials and the latest grinding technology.
