New “Red Guard” brick plant inaugurated in Belgorod
On 14 August 2017, the new “Red Guard” brick plant was inaugurated in the Belgorod region. It manufactures clay bricks with the help of state-of-the-art technology.
The ceremonial inauguration of the new plant was attended by Evgeny Savchenko, Governor of the Belgorod region; Stefano Lanzoni, Director of the Heavy Clay Division at Sacmi Imola, Moscow office; the heads of the district administrations, representatives of the Belgorod Chamber of Commerce and Industry and business partners.
The “Red Guard” plant is designed for a production capacity of 60 mill. conventional masonry bricks. The volume of investment since the beginning of the construction of the plant amounts to 5.2 bill. roubles. The initiator of the construction of this plant is InterBusinessGroup LTD, which concluded an agreement on cooperation and interaction with the Government of the Belgorod region. The equipment for the company was delivered by the machine engineering holding Sacmi (Italy), a worldwide leading supplier of turnkey equipment for the ceramic industry.
The entire range of products (16 types) complies with the requirements of the Russian GOST standards (GOST 530-2012 Ceramic Bricks and Blocks, General Specifications) and therefore meets the highest quality standards. One of the main features of the production technology is the preparation of the raw materials. According to Sacmi, ultra fine grinding of clay will be deployed in Russia for the first time at this plant.
Potential customers of products of the “Red Guard“ plant are construction and assembly organizations and individual developers in the Central and Southern Federal Districts of the Moscow region. The products will be sold by the “Red Guard” trading company.
The commissioned brick factory “Red Guard“ and the cement plant being built nearby will become the core of a new industrial cluster being created in the Belgorod region.
