Groupe Legris Industries supporting re-organization – future bundling of competences under the direction of Keller HCW

The French Groupe Legris Industries is supporting the plan of enhancing the heavy clay activities within Legris.

The aim is to bundle the competences of the companies Keller HCW, Novoceric, Rieter, Morando and Favole under the direction of Keller HCW. On the basis of the long-lasting and successful business activity of Keller HCW, complex solutions for the heavy clay industry will continue to be offered worldwide from one source and systematically advanced.

By concentrating the far-reaching know-how, the product line for the individual product segments will be expanded and, by tightening the organization and workflows, offered in line with the market.

Thanks to close cooperation of the individual companies, further and new developments are continuously advanced, as shown, for example, with the exhibits “Twinflow Extruder” and “Paraflow Dryer” at Ceramitec 2009 in Munich.

The widening of the service product range plays an important role in the overall concept. This includes, in addition to the long-time well-established spare part service and the various modernization and optimization approaches, also the expansion of the range of services for training in all special fields, starting with quarry management up to plant engineering and the active utilization of on-site service with preventive maintenance.

Customer proximity, competence and transparency are the guiding themes of the group of companies. Not only today, but also in the future, the spare part supply or any other services are guaranteed by the competent personnel at the respective locations (Laggenbeck, Mellrichstadt, Konstanz, Asti and Fossano).

The company has solutions for customer problems:

› new preparation and shaping concepts
› robot handling and automation technology on the highest level
› the latest dryer and kiln technologies with the lowest possible energy consumptions
The planned connection of the future organization to the shareholder Groupe Legris Industries, following the basic idea of the lean management, guarantees that economic solutions, from the smallest spare part up to the complex entire plant, can be offered.
