BAU 2021 enjoying widespread support from all sectors

Defying all the bad news: BAU, one of the world’s leading trade fairs, is well on track, six months before the start of the trade fair.

For BAU 2021, 80% of the available exhibition space, that is around 100 000 m² net, have been firmly allocated. That is on a par with the level from two years ago. Cancellations especially by German companies have been offset by an exceptionally high demand for space from international companies. In view of this booking situation, BAU will be held from 11 to 16 January 2021. To assist the exhibitors especially in visitor acquisition, Messe München is granting a 15-% Corona bonus. The health protection and hygiene concept of the Bavarian trade fair industry enables trade fairs to be held in compliance with the distancing rules, hygiene and traceability of all participants.

Numerous companies are arguing in favour of holding BAU 2021. BAU, according to general feeling, could send a strong signal and, as so often in the past years, generate a positive mood, even now and more than ever in corona times.
