Bedeschi Automation revamps Nova Sloga, Resen, Macedonia
One of the latest Bedeschi projects was realized at Nova Sloga in Macedonia. The major industrial group Oranzerii Hamzali, of which Nova Sloga is a subsidiary, has first-class contacts to the Bedeschi Group through its owner Vase Mitev. In 2009, Bedeschi installed the entire preparation, storage and shaping lines for hollow and ceiling blocks of various types.
The now completed investment was made with the goal of improving the product quality and increasing production capacity.
The order comprises a new cutter group, a robotized station for loading the wet products onto the pallet of the dryer car, two robotized stations for setting the dried products onto kiln cars and four robotized stations for unloading the fired products and stacking the finished products onto pallets. All these robotized stations are equipped with different grippers for different types of products, which were all designed and manufactured within the Bedeschi Group. For some months now, Cami, a long-established manufacturer of grippers, has also been part of the Bedeschi Group.
VHTBED electronic cutter
Also installed is the VHTBED electronic cutter. This was designed and manufactured to cut bricks, blocks, hollow bricks, extra-long hollow ware, flues and chamfered bricks. The machine can perform vertical and horizontal cuts. In the single-wire configuration, the cutting length can be set directly from the control panel without any additional adjustment necessary at the machine itself.
The column treatment system developed for this machine can adapt to the cut frequency with the possibility of chamfering the brick; moreover, being located in the step preceding the cut, it works extremely accurately. The machine is equipped with a wire cleaning system as well as with an electronic control system for wire breakage. The spacing of the cut pieces is performed immediately after the cutting step by means of a system of belts driven by a brushless motor. All the elements of brushless moving components are integrated in an electronic control system.
