Current Status EnEV 2014/2016

Germany’s new Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) will in all likelihood come into effect in spring 2014. At the current point in time, the ordinance has ­undergone the process of consultation between the Bundestag and Bundesrat, the German houses of parliament. It is therefore now certain how the future level of requirements, especially for housing construction, will be.
