Forums of Bau 2013: Bau plus!
Experts discuss questions related to architecture and urban planning of the future
Experts from all over the world who are concerned with current questions of architecture and city development, will be addressing these subjects and answering questions on them at Bau 2013 – right in the middle of the fair, in the forums in Halls C2, A6 and B0.
Forum C2
In the “Future of Building” Forum C2, which Bau 2013 is realizing in cooperation with Bauwelt and DBZ Deutsche Bauzeitschrift, leading planners, architects and construction engineers from all around the world will be explaining, using project examples, how design and building will look in the future. Each day this forum will look at different themes that will be having a significant impact on the future of building.
Forum A6
The forum in Hall A6 looks at the role of the architect now and in the future. In Part 1 several themes will be covered – each relevant to architects around the world and of fundamental interest for the building industry. In Part 2 will be the presentation of the results of interdisciplinary and product research for the building industry.
Forum B0
Forum B0 concentrates on the big themes in the building sector:
› Sustainability and dwindling resources
› Energy generation and energy-efficiency in Germany, Europe and the world
› Intelligent networking of buildings
› Demographic change and generation adequate building
Simultaneous interpretation will be available in German and English at all these three forums of Bau 2013.
