New cutters for Verkhnevolzhskiy Brick Making Plant LLC
The first phase of re-development comprised a Freymatic multi-wire cutter with all-round chamfering, complete with brick grouping and transport systems up to the existing pallet loading station. This stage was installed and put into operation within just eight days. Right from the start, the new plant produced bricks of perfect quality. Freymatic demonstrated in this way that it was a reliable partner who would provide the next development stages on schedule. The customers stated in a thank-you letter: “Our management is very pleased and convinced that the right supplier has been chosen this time”.
The second re-development phase was implemented within just one year in order to supplement the facing-brick production line with a second Freymatic multi-wire cutter. The result was that hourly performance was increased to 28 800 standard bricks chamfered on four sides.
The object of the third re-development phase now due is to produce high-insulation blocks on the same plant and equipment. This additional line had been integrated in the overall plant concept from the start of the project. In the meantime, however, the customer had changed his requirements so that the scope of delivery had to be adapted accordingly. In this instance, too, the Freymatic’s response was flexible and prompt, so that the implementation of the third re-development phase will commence in the very near future.
