Bongioanni presents trimmer head with controlled vacuum and lubrication of knives
Bongioanni Moulds and dies constantly develops its products and continues its technological innovation policy in the service of its customers.
The company has now improved the concept of the trimmer head, which is very often undervalued. Its function is nevertheless of primary importance for the definition of pressed tiles. Two new options have been developed that can be adapted to any type of trimmer head:
» The system of controlled vacuum enables adjustment of the stroke on exit of the roofing tile out of the knives so that the tile can be positioned with millimetre precision onto the drying frame, thus avoiding the infamous dropping of the tile, which often causes deformation
» The cooled lubrication system of the knives is useful when the clay that sticks inside the trimmer head creates an agglomeration of dry material that damages the quality of the cut. With this option, excellent trimming of the tile can be ensured. In addition, the system is more economic, practical and cleaner compared with traditional oil lubrication systems
