Beralmar supplies brick plant to Russia
On 17 November 2015, the new Ekoklinker facing and paver bricks plant in Novocheboksarsk (Chuvash Republic, Russia) was officially inaugurated in the presence of Ramon Sarió, Managing Director at Beralmar.
For this production line with an annual capacity of 30 mill. bricks, Beralmar supplied:
a Mestral semi-continuous dryer, with travelling (start of dryer) and fixed conical recirculation fans
a Fornthermic model kiln, especially built for firing temperatures up to 1200°C, with natural gas heating
automatic cutter (multiple cutters with 4-sided bevelling)
dryer loading and unloading with slats, four robots for kiln car stacking and destacking and their control mechanisms
