Solid fuel firing facility for Polish brick plant
The order includes a 3-mill.-Kcal/h natural gas burner for the dryer, four groups of high-velocity vertical burners for the preheating zone of the kiln and a Promatic-system for metering micronized coal in the kiln firing zone. The kiln is designed for a daily production rate of 1 000 t clay blocks.
The Promatic system consists of a mill for drying and micronizing the coal to a maximum of 100 µm and less than 2 % humidity, and a system for the transport and pneumatic dosing of the micronized coal. This will be the third Promatic system supplied by Beralmar in Poland.
Complete brick plant in Turkmenistan
The Spanish plant engineering company has also been working for several months on the supply of a complete plant in Turkmenistan.
The new Döwleti Dowren plant is designed for a capacity of 550 t/day of thermal blocks, hollow blocks and even facing bricks. It is being built in the Lebap region, in the eastern part of this Central Asian country.
The main fuel will be natural gas, as this is very cheap since Turkmenistan is a large producer of natural gas.
The main Beralmar supplies for the new plant include:
A Mestral semi-continuous shelf dryer with conical recirculators managed by a Microsec automatic drying control system
A Presthermic tunnel kiln, equipped with a Microsec automatic firing control system and natural gas combustion equipment
A complete line for handling the different products
The handling equipment of the new plant is especially complex owing to the wide range of products planned. There are several cutters, a beveller, many programming tables and robots at various points.
This will be the third plant delivered by Beralmar to Central Asia in just two years, after the projects undertaken in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
