Key feature of the design of the new dryer loading system is its flexibility since it enables the manufacture of a wide variety of products as well as the possibility of switching from the manufacture of one type of product to another in a quick and simple way. This flexibility is ensured with the use of a robot for handling multiple products. This will enable the customer to respond fast to current needs and the demand of the market. But Equipceramic has not only considered the present but the future, too, and this is the reason why the installation has been equipped to manufacture new types of products.

Improving the quality of the product has also been one of the priorities in the development of Equipceramic’s proposal. The new loading line has been designed to handle all types of products in the manufacturing process as if they were facing bricks, that is, it aims at obtaining a high-quality final product. For this purpose, all the equipment in the loading line has been designed for extremely gentle handling of products so impact on the products is minimal. For this reason, the use of rollers, chains or any other system producing friction against products has been avoided.
