Herausforderungen bei der Materialdosierung und Homogenisierung
The tasks involved in material preparation are becoming increasingly complex and any errors made at the beginning of the overall process are difficult to correct in downstream preparation steps. This necessitates solutions that simplify this process on the one hand, but also ensure that the mixtures are right.
With suitable system solutions for preparation, intermediate storage and suitable metering possibilities, this process can be assured.
In addition, for production of products with different apparent densities, different material compositions are necessary, which are only put together after preparation of the individual bodies. To enable this high flexibility, for the intermediate storage of clays, storage systems are needed that offer less volume but greater flexibility.
