Maritta Lepp takes over as Exhibition Director for ceramitec

According to a press release on 25 April 2023, ceramitec has a new Exhibition Director: Effective immediately, Maritta Lepp has taken over from Dr. Robert Schönberger, who nevertheless remains on board as head of the international ceramitec cluster. Through this step, Messe München is expanding the team for ceramitec again in order to continue to drive forward its development.
Maritta Lepp joined Messe München in 2009 as a marketing and PR assistant for various world-leading trade fairs, such as BAU and automatica. From 2012 to 2016, she worked as a project consultant for the world-leading trade fair bauma, before taking over as Exhibition Director for the bauma trade fairs abroad in 2016. Before moving to ceramitec in April 2023, she was in charge of INHORGENTA MUNICH from 2022 to 2023 after returning from parental leave.
“I am very much looking forward to this new challenge, and to driving the trade fair forward together with the team,” says Lepp. “ceramitec is of course a whole different sector to INHORGENTA MUNICH, but no less exciting.” And Schönberger adds: “With Ms. Lepp, we have a very experienced exhibition director joining us, who has already managed extremely successful trade fairs in a wide variety of areas. We all look forward to working with her.”
The next ceramitec will be held in Munich from April 9 to 12, 2024.
