Bau 2015: strongest-ever demand for space from abroad

The majority of the 17 exhibition halls available for Bau 2015 are already as good as fully booked. In many of the sections at the show demand for space is so strong that there is a waiting list. In other segments, such as tiles and ceramics, spaces are still available. At Bau 2015, more international companies than ever will be represented. The proportion of the international exhibitors in the overall total will probably reach around 30 per cent.

Meanwhile preparations for Bau 2015 are in full swing. Three key themes have been identified: Energy and Resource Efficiency, Buildings and Users, and Intelligent Urbanization. In 2015 Bau will again be focusing on the needs of individual target groups, but even more strongly than before. Under the motto “Treffpunkt Handwerk” building professionals will obtain useful information for their day-to-day work. Special shows and forums will be arranged mainly for designers, architects and engineers. And there will again be guided tours of the show for the various visitor groups. In addition the specialist tours introduced at Bau 2013 will be optimized.
