The Capaccioli Group’s projects

Over recent months, the Capaccioli Group has successfully installed or commissioned several machines and plants:

› Test run at Cersanit

In July 2012 the preparation plant at Cersanit, Romania, was tested. Machines supplied to this plant included box feeders, FD6010 clay crusher, LS1008 roller mill, LF 1210 fine roller mill with 0.6 mm fineness, MF400 mixer, M450/S extruder, grinding plant for chamotte with 0.4 mm fineness. The quality and production targets have been reached fully.

› Automatic plant tested at Kilsan

In November 2012 the new line that had been supplied on schedule to Kilsan, ­Turkey, was tested on site. The scope of supply includes two cutting lines that feed a programming bench. A robot with a light alloy gripper loads the products onto the dryer steel pallets. The line has a capacity of 18 000 pieces/h.

› Supplies to Naili ­completed

Supplies for the complete plant of Briquetterie Naili with a capacity of 200 000 t could be completed on schedule in November 2012. Assembly is already at an advanced stage. Start-up is scheduled for June 2013.

› Start-up of the 400 000-t plant for Messaud

The complete plant near Bouira has entered in its start-up phase. Production start is scheduled for April 2013. The scope of supply includes one clay preparation line, two production and extrusion lines, two kilns, two dryers, automatic setting system, kiln unloading, packaging lines and machines for loading trucks.

The latest version of the FD6015 clay crusher has recently been installed at ­Capaccioli’s production line in Sinalunga. The machine is suitable for use as the first process stage in clay preparation lines. In line with ­Capaccioli’s corporate policy, for this machine, state-of-the-art technologies and high-quality materials have been used and renowned suppliers contracted.
