19.11.2009 News: CamBuild 2010 - Cambodia International Building & Construction Industry Show
From 23 to 25 September, 2010 the city of Siem Reap, home of the famous Angkor Wat temple complex, will host the CamBuild 2010 - Cambodia International Building & Construction Industry Show. The trade show will take place at the new Angkor COEX Convention Centre. Organizers are AMB Events in conjunction with Merebo, in charge for the "Europe & North America Pavilion".
The construction sector is the fastest growing sector of the Cambodian economy. Construction investments in Cambodia reached $3.2 billion in 2007 at a total of 1,869 construction projects. CamBuild 2010 will be the first international trade show related to the Building & Construction industry in Cambodia.
Siem Reap - the capital of the correspondent province in Cambodia, offers a variety of hotels, ranging from several 5-star hotels and luxury resorts to hundreds of guesthouses. The city is situated in the north of the country, a one hour flight from Singapore and Bangkok away.
