Closer cooperation agreed between Klöber and Braas
Since 2017, Braas GmbH and Klöber GmbH are working closer together. Both companies are part of the Braas Monier Building Group, but have so far operated on the market separately from each other. This will continue to be the case, as Robert Forster, Vice-President Northern & Eastern Europe at the Braas Monier Building Group, stresses: “The current two-brand strategy will continue to be an important criterion for success, Klöber is therefore remaining independent as a company.
The goal, however, is a much clearer positioning of the two brands Klöber and Braas on the German market.”
The first visible signs are closer interlinking between the Klöber and Braas sales teams and a new management for Klöber GmbH: besides his management function in the group of companies, Robert Forster was appointed Managing Director of Klöber as of 1 November 2016. On 1 January 2017, Ulrich Siepe has been appointed as a second managing director, who will perform this function in addition to his duties as CEO at Braas GmbH.
